Adrienne's Visit

On her way back to the east coast, after working in San Diego for the last six months, Adrienne decided to make a stop to see us in Colorado. Although she was only here for one day, it was nice to show her the sights around town, and we hope the A will come back and visit some other time.

The Rockies!
We drove up to this overlook to show A the mountains that are hiding right in our backyard. We didn't go any further because the ol' subaru wasn't really in the mood for steep and twisty mountain roads.

The Flat Irons
Of course, we had to show A the sights in Boulder, and there are few as monumental as the Flat Irons.

Boulder Falls
This is an amazing waterfall just ten minutes outside of town in Boulder Canyon, which is gorgeous to drive through at dusk.
