Arrived at Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP in Colorado on Sept 20 the weather was nice & the next day the 3 of us went on a rim hike. That night it started raining & was only raining when I checked at 3am after I went to bed it started snowing and when we got up there was 8 inches of heavy wet Snow on the ground & we had no AC power in the campground. Before we left the Park we drove to the Visitor Center and foundout the whole Park had no power. We took a short walk down to the Canyon overlook just behind the VC. When we got back to the VC the power had come back on.
The park has a nice 3 loop campground & loop B has 30 & 50 amp elect.hookups.
