Disneyland!

Today was Disneyland day!
We started early to avoid the queues. Started with the Toy Story ride. this was good, it was like archade style, u had to shoot at balloons and targets etc to try and beat the person sitting next to you.
Next we moved on to Toon Town. I loved it. They had Mickeys house and Minnies House (I'm still unsure as to why they dont share a house.!) They also had a tooned up cars everywhere, like the one from Roger Rabbit.
Then we moved onto the Disneyland castle. Here the theme inside it is the story of Sleeping Beauty, apparently at the different disneylands they are different castles.
We then made it on to the Pirates of the Carribbean ride which was such a waste of time. It was basically this boat you sat in and it took you through the movie in small scenes. The props were good tho.
After a few more rides we made it to the Disneyland Parade. This was good, Mkey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, Pinocchio even Mary Poppins all doing singing and dancing, very good for the kids (and us slightly older ones too!)
We then made our
way back to the tea cups. No line which was good. We had met up with a few others from Contiki so there was about 11 of us by this stage.
We finished off a brilliant day with the fireworks show (which was amazing) and made our way back to the hotel. 14 hrs at Disneyland is MORE than enough!!!
