I got lost in Sea-Cliff on my way East to Baker Beach as did these two younger women, so I walked with them for a few blocks until we found our way. They were Au Pairs from France, living in the Bay area on assignment, where they were to return to their studies in France after completing their one year au pair assignment. One was from Toulouse and only had three more months before her assignment completed. They had a friend who drew an assignment somewhere in Texas, and they were both glad they didn't end up there instead. They were both really enjoying the Bay area.

I happened upon this group of what appeared to be some Chinese student tourists or the like, and while I didn't understand a word they were saying, I understood what was happening. There was a good amount of trash talking, then they each had three already peeled bananas it appeared, then the two of them had a go. There were just the two contestants, and the guy in the Blue shirt on the right was the winner. I wanted to yell, "Winner, winner, Chicken dinner", but I knew they wouldn't know what the hell I was saying.

After you come home from doing all day whatever it is you do to afford such a place, the Pacific and the Golden Gate can be seen through your windows.

This area is maybe just due West of the Lincoln Park golf course. You can continue West/South along the trail from this point and the Cliff House is not far away.
