Well, apparently they make the second semester a lot harder in grad school. I just started Spring Break so I figured now was the time to get some pictures up! Here are some photos from January, when I just got back from Winter Break. Enjoy!

This blog was created in 2007 when I headed to Perth, Western Australia for a year-long study abroad program. There are still lots of great stories and pictures from that trip, though I got way behind on my blogging and the stories end abruptly in September, 2007 (I was in Aus until Christmas Eve!) Although I've traveled a lot since then, I left this blog in a state of neglect for several years. The Standard is this super-classy rooftop bar in downtown LA. They have a POOL and vending machines with bathing suits! But it was kinda cool that night so no swimmers.
