Geo: 36.8525, -121.403I think the actual city of Hollister is a bit more south than where the Ren Faire was held at Casa de Fruta. Totally in the middle of nowhere in the California hills, though. We left early in the morning to make the hour and a halfish drive out to the Faire.First things first, we bought tickets and then headed to costumes. A few of us came in costumes but I didn't own anything particularly in line with the Pirate Ren Faire theme that day. So I went with renting a standard wench boobs-hanging-out costume.Then we started drinking, playing games and watching shows. Mostly, that's how the day went. More drinking, more games, more shows.
