No more bikes

Well we didn't need to worry about getting rid of the bikes. We advertised them for a low price $2400, (bought around $3500 including all the extra bits) and got a lot of interest. Nothing materialised from yesterdays calls, so was getting a bit concerned, but got 1st call at 5.45this morning. We had agreed to keep all purchasers off site here, and agreed to meet at the mall carpark. Ended up with $2100 for Jim's and $2200 for mine, probably could have held out for a bit more, but we leave on Monday and better not to get too greedy at this stage. So, just like that, they were gone-almost like they were never here at all.

Its been real hot here today, around 100 degrees f, and spent the day catching up with chores, e.g. washing, and sorting out camping kit, bedding etc., with a quick dip in the pool to cool off, defo the way to do chores, finished off with a few beers and supper outside.
