Sedona
Arizona This morning, we packed up and drove to Canyon Ranch to pick up Lori, our 4th Wanderlust Tour member, who is joining us for the rest of the trip. She is ready and fired up to continue the adventurous journey. We drove North of Phoenix, stopped in beautiful Sedona, walked around, took pictures, watched the sunset and had dinner. We continued to Flagstaff on Rte 89A, and it was a bit hairy driving through the mountain in the dark. At times, the speed limit was down to 15 mph.
The next morning, we took the Grand Canyon Railway destined for the Southridge Grand Canyon. A 2 ¼ hours train ride with great entertainment on the way. What a SPECTACULAR view we indulged in. It’s one of the seven natural wonders of the world and a MUST see, so make sure it’s on your “Bucket list”.
We roamed around in the afternoon, meditated, laughed, cried, set out our intentions, etc. The earth is most precious and beautiful, so let’s spread the word to keep it pristine for generations to come.
Not only did we pick up Lori, but we also picked up our tour Mascot, “Baby Owl”. Watch for Baby Owl throughout
our trip as she will be found in the most amazing places.
Our journey continues…next stop Vegas! 😊 😊 😊 😊
