Beware of cameras on highways! Yes, they have them. Upon arriving back home from a trip to Tempe, we received a ticket from Arizona for speeding on the 146, a portion of the 10 leading into and out of Tempe (to/from San Diego). It showed a clear picture of the back of the car and also of the driver (me). We were flabbergast! As we had traveled 750 miles to/from Tempe in only 24 hours, yes we went faster on the freeways - who doesn't when traveling long distances? We went online to try to figure out what the cost was but had trouble with the site. We wrote them and requested a response. It's been days without a response. The ticket was for going faster than prudent or safe and the speed was listed at 79 (65mph zone). The only good thing about this is that we were there to support their economy -- oh well.
