Salmon spawning Day 29 Wednesday August 14 - We carpooled first thing in the morning to the Kenai Fjords National Park to view the Exit Glacier. We went on a nature walk and guided tour lead by one of the park rangers. That evening the group went on a cruise to Fox Island for dinner stoping several times to view wildlife in the Resurrection bay.

There were several animals there that had been rescued that year, as well as some that are kept in the refuge and will not be returned to the wild due to their injuries. The facility was set up after the Exxon Valdez disaster.
Day 31 Friday August 16 - After another beautiful drive through the Turn
