Cancun, Mexico & Aztecan ruins

Last port of call & we're ready to roll out on an adventure. Temperatures are HOT! We gather onto a bus, then board a ferry for a 30 minute trip to the coast, then take another bus to a tourist shop & onto Aztecan ruins. Thank goodness we started at 9am that day as it was already toasty.

The tour was quite informative. By the end of an hour, we were ready to explore the ruins built on top a sea side cliff. The palms were swaying & there was a nice tropical breeze coming up off the water. Tons of iguanas roamed the site. Beaches were covered with pristine white sand. If we had more time, maybe a swim would have been in order. Alex & Nicole posed with an Iguana for a picture before we drank down a gallon of water & made our way back to the tour bus.

In Cancun before boarding the ship, we spent a bit of time "shopping" for treasures. Was funny to see a Starbux on shore.
