Buenos días amigos!
'Had buffet breakfast at 930am in Las Brisas then 'went for a walk on the beach with Nina. Afterwards, 'walked over to the pool area and played table tennis(ping-pong!). We played 5 sets(I would tell y'all I won all of them, but that would be un-gentleman like, so I won't😉 Afterwards, we walked over to the front lobby and checked out a couple of rackets & a tube of balls so we could play real tennis lol. But before going to the courts, we decided to go to the gym so we could do some cardio to warm up before playing.. more elliptical action! lol
The tennis courts are actually situated on top of a 5-story building. By the time we got up there, the cloud cover had cleared so it was very bright. Sunny conditions not so good for Nina's already damaged(burned) skin so we ended up playing tennis no more than 5 minutes. In addition to this.. the sun was so very intense(muy caliente!), we couldn't have lasted outside playing tennis anyway.
We left the tennis courts and walked back to the pool area and stayed there pretty much for a few hours gettin' all liquored
up! By 1130am, I was definitely hammered.. and Nina, shortly after! Haha! While Nina sipped frozen cocktails, I was chuggin' shots of tequila as if my life depended on it! lol As these Mexican bartenders always say, "Tequila is Mexico's water!" 😉
We took a break from drinking when we decided that it was time to start eating.. again. Lunchtime! :D
We walked over to Bamboleo and grubbed away on some buffet lunch, nom nom! After lunch, 'walked back to the pool bar and enjoyed some more libations! I was swimming in between shots haha! Our bartenders, Valerio and Armando are the coolest.. such awesome guys.
After Nina and I decided we poisoned ourselves enough, we went to the area of the resort where the theatre is located. We decided to just hang out for a few to enjoy the nice weather and feel the cool breeze. Not more than 10 minutes had passed, passed out is what Nina and I did on one of their lounge couches.. siesta! :D
6pm came around and we ended up eating dinner at Las Brisas for the first time. We were planning on dining at Bamboleo Steak House but 'found out they are
closed on Fridays. We will experience the steak house tomorrow, on our last night here, instead. But man.. the dinner at Las Brisas was awesome, very scrumptious.. it's like a 5-star buffet. The pictures do not do this place justice.
At 930pm, we watched the Friday show at Teatro Catalonia.. "Sabor Latino", a dance showcase. It was quite impressive and definitely would see again. What a great show to wrap up another awesome day.
Next on the itinerary... Tulum! :D

Love the drinking all day. I too had a day like this:) The pic of Nina above that's titled Come to me or Venga is AMAZING! I can not believe you even attempted to play tennis! lol
