We made our first of many border cossings fearing the worst, the guide books suggest complications in particular if you have to import vehicles, which we have to for all the countries on route. Our initial observations was the sudden change from the orderly systems of the U.S. to the hustle and bustle of Mexico. Cars and people weaving about, horns blaring etc... . Our transition through immigration and importation were slightly better than anticipated, taking about 2 hours. It could have been quicker but for the subtle differences between European and Mexican Spanish. 'El coche´ in European Spanish means car and in Mexican means pig, anyway with our newly aquired pig permit we headed south 60 miles to Ensenada. Hey, Whats up? Hope all is well. I haven't written in a while because i have been super busy. Sorry!! Tuesday I went to school which is not anything new. I went home and went to the birthday of my cousin, Paul. It was at a pizza place and very fun. I played with the little girls and my friend vinicuis went with us. After that there was another birthday party for the godson of my host parents. It was nice, but very late so I was tired. We went home and I went to bed!! Hey, How are you all?? I am doing good. I've had a busy couple of days. Monday On Monday, I woke up and went to school. Nothing to exciting there. I got out of school at 2. Then I went out to eat at one of my favorite mexican food resturants with my friend, Elisa. She is in the grade above me. We went out to eat because I wasn't going home. I was going to the salon near my school at 4:30 to get highlights. My house is far from my school so I would have gotten there and had to come back. Hey Everyone, I hope you guys had an awesome valentine's day. Mine was incredible. Definitely the best valentine's day I have ever had. School First I had a really good grade in Math so I didn't have to take the examen. The teacher canceled the test for that day anyway because no one studied. So we played games. Physics was normal and boring. In the afternoon they suspended classes and we had a party! It was so much fun. There was food and drink, a booth where you could get married, a booth for divorces, and a booth to send messages to your friends. The rest of school we just talked and enjoyed each others company. Well everyone that was Sayulita, it has been fun. despite countless problems with my board surfing has been fun and I´m hooked all over again. My uncle Cam and aunt Del came up here for the day with some friends of theirs and they proceeded to give us beers for breakfast wich we did not decline, half cut surfing is pretty fun. We are going to visit them on the 13th in pv as we are staying the night there before catching a bus to Mazatlan for carnival(just to keep you updated mom).
