A country that i visited was mexico. The event that exemplified mexico's culture was the posadas. In the posadas families get together to celebrate christmas. The thing that made this event mexican was big families coming together. They also had many traditional mexican foods. Like tamales, beans , rice and many others. It was like if i was standing face to face with mexico. The other things that happend in the posada was the little kids breaking the pinata. The little children were so happy all that candy falling out of it. In the posada we also danced alot to mexican music. My family hired a mariachi band that played music all night non stop. After the fun and games were over we would then get up for the final day of the posadas. We would go to church and pray to god for everything that we have. After that we would go outside the church and look at the parade of saints from the church. The posadas are the event show true mexican culture
