Day 49 - Gettin ready to leave Whitehorse day

As I said earlier yesterday the guys went to the transportation, SS Klondike and Whitehorse Weather Vane. I finally took the time to download all of the those pictures. Today we had a very easy day. We ran a few last minute errands this morning in preparation for leaving Whitehorse tomorrow. We have decided to head north to Dawson City, Chicken (Alaska) then Tok. It's supposed to be the most scenic drive in the Yukon. We did hit Starbucks this morning since it will be probably a week (Fairbanks) before we see another one. Joe took the dogs for a walk down by the Yukon river this afternoon and took a few great pictures. A fish ladder is something that helps the fish to make their way through the areas of the river which are flowing fast. If the fish were to go through these parts of the river without a ladder the rushing flow would kill them.
