Though our filtration system was not yet fine tuned the guys wanted to get collecting used oil for our stock pile so they went ahead anyways with what filters they had. Almost 4 hours outside in the back alleys of downtown Regina they slowly pumped used oil from the collection bins during the first real snowfall of the season. Getting back after dark cold and wet they took the oil over to the neighbour's heated garage to warm up the oil for further filtration. They were up until 2:30 in the morning but they sure were proud of themselves when all was said and done. The next system will most definitely be more effecient and less time consuming.

we are going to be carrying approximately 210 litres of oil with us at all times. This was our first fully filtered five gallons.
