After a wonderful breakfast we travelled back to Quebec City. Thankfully it is Sunday so minimal traffic but still confusing for the GPS because of the road work.

As we departed the island by bridge we were able to see Montmorency Falls. They are 84 metres high. Unfortunately they charge $12 to park in the lot and all we wanted was a picture so the blog picture is from the internet.

Our hotel is very quaint and the room is large. The hotel is across the street from City Hall and a 10 minute walk to the Chateau Frontenac. It is a great location but parking was at a public lot across the street.

We walked around the Old City including the lower town. As expected it is very touristy.

We watched the street performers and then took the Dufferin Boardwalk to the Citadel. We joined one of the tours.
