Well we have just spent the day walking around Quebec City, what a beautiful town. Lots of old buildings, people very nice(would be better if we could speak a little more French. Mum you will be happy to know we attended mass at the Cathedral, in French to boot! Having a quiet night tonight with a big day planned for tomorrow. Pictures are from WashingtonDC and Quebec today.

How come you did not contract your biceps too? (girls rock?) !!!! Gotta show them you have been doing all that dumbbell work mate! Keep on having fun, take care and I look forward to your up-dates.
