From Sault Sainte Marie to Wawa, where we stayed last night, proved to be one of the finest scenic drives we have ever experienced. Those Winnebagos were huge
Hi Both, When I saw the motor homes parked in the trees behind your tent I couldn't help but smile! They must have been amazed when they saw you pitch up. Well done, you. You pared the stop to the absolute essentials - soup, bread and fire in a pot. True pioneering spirit. Great shame about the rain. I loved the Magpie Falls and story about Winnie the Pooh, especially those touching photos from 1914. I don't think I'd heard the story before. I was thinking she came from Peru before I realised that was Paddington! Keep enjoying your trip xx

I don't know why A A Milne changed Winnie to a boy!:It is a lovely story. I have bought a lovely little book with more details. Will show you when we meet up. Lol xxxx
