There's no place like home
Home Sweet Home as they say. It's almost been 2 weeks since I arrived home from BOB, Best of Britain tour and it's time I end this travel blog. But first I'll add some final points of what I hope you will find both interesting and helpful.

A bus tour is an excellent way for a novice traveller to travel alone

AirTransat offers an OptionPlus package; check it out if you will have more than one piece of check in luggage; the other perks that come with his are ok too

The Travel Director on a bus tour will make or break your trip; I was really lucky, Rachel, our director, was phenomenal

You can purchase a local SIM card for your phone; saves roaming charges. I bought one and added time to it (pay as you go) for 7 pounds. I made 4 calls back to Canada with just a little time left on the card. It's easy to switch the cards and you just buy what you need.

The Hop on/Hop off city tour in London is good value for your money if you want to see most of the city highlights with the option of getting off and visiting the ones you want to.

Think about extending your vacation beyond an organized bus tour; booking the extra nights accommodations at smaller inns can be quite economical and gives you the opportunity to experience the local culturE

Use a travel agent that will stay engaged after you pay for your trip; especially if you pay in advance to take advantage of any discountS

See everything you can, do as much as you can and enjoy every moment; memories last a lifetime!!
