We finally arrived at our first destination Toronto. Depsite the one day delay (British Airways strikes) we got here ok and spent last night in the beautiful Toronto Hyatt, we had champagne and chocolate strawberries waiting for us when we got to our room! (We arent doing the whole trip in luxury but thought we deserved a treat on the first night of our honeymoon!)

After a good night's sleep we had a morning in the spa and then wandered round downtown Toronto this afternoon. We are now relaxing at our friend Darina's who we are staying with for the next two weeks. Sushi for dinner tonight.

The weather is amazing, 32 degrees, pure sunshine. Lovely jubbly.

Hi Stu and Rachel, it all sounds very nice, I hope your first stop will be a atste of what you have to look forward to for the next 7 months.
