This in my estimation should have won the vote for best interpretation of someone's song ... can't remember who ...
The fine weather in March was too good to wish for. The rhubarb shoots and tulip greens are today paying the price; a meteorological storm warning of fifteen to twenty centimeters of heavy wet snow!

I will not be shovelling!

Am at the moment supposedly studying for an Anthropology exam which takes place on Monday next. Am on cat duty since my sibling has taken herself to Toronto. It is not an onerous task. It just eats into the day ... twice! becuase the felines are sickly.

Am preparing for a two month sojourn to Europe; Floriade, a horticultural exhibition that finds place only once every ten years, a visit to Istanbul, Budapest, and Innsbruck ending in England to see the Queen in order to help her celebrate her Diamond Jubilee.

Have spent the last hour practicing Adobe Elements 9. One of the reasons there has been a lack of reporting is because my first hard-drive fizzled, and the former adobe programme went with it. The test pics were taken in March when Canada Blooms was attended. THere is much catching up to do. The van trip to Ottawa last August, has not been reported ... neither a quick jaunt to Montreal to view the Oscars with my very good friend ...nor the two semester of attendance at Laurentian University this past winter.

Now its April 2012. One of the neighbours, a stay at home Dad, whose wife teaches at Laurentian and my next door neighbour who is a massage therapist, have organized a clean up and BBQ for Earth Day 2012.

The trip to Europe begins May 4. The offer for a ride to Toronto has been accepted so departure from Sudbury is scheduled for April 26 even if all the leaves have not been raked away from flower beds. The veg garden will lay fallow

Next communique ... from the postage sized apartment I have been sharing with a friend since last March.
