Our first stop of our "little visit USA 2008"...is indeed in Canada...just across the border. School is over, and
it's now time for the summer holidays for Leslie. 2 months of fun for him, and for me of juggling with work and
hitting the road with Leslie and Tiffany....and a little on my own also.

One more new challenge...it's now nearly been three months that I'm in a great relationship with Ma'ri. The last
two weeks in Shanghai have shown me how great it is to share the same values of love and family. But these coming
two months have been planed for a while, which also means our agenda do not specially fit for this summer. Guess
you'll have to wait september to see us travel together...but from there, I can garantee you, it will be amazing...
more travel, more fun, more very romantic places to discover together. And for the next two months, skype will be
my great link to my love back in Shanghai.

So let's go back to our first stop. School was over Thursday at 11.30am, and we took off at 4.10pm to Chicago...13
hours in the back of the plane...hate this so much...little stop in Chicago, and on straight on to Buffalo.

First surprise, it may be the closest airport to the Niagara Falls, but finding a transport at a reasonable cost
at 11pm...can be tricky...

So we finaly made it...midninght in bed...and Leslie woke me up this morning at 6am...who speak of jetlag! Let's be
honest, with the view from our suite right on the Falls, it's difficult not to enjoy life...only one little problem,
they could have put a window in the bathroom, enjoying a jaccuzi without the view, not the best way...smile!

We were the first on the Falls this morning after a huge breakfast. Just remember, I was at the Iguacu Falls back
in February this year. First impression, this is nice, but Iguacu is way nicer. I'm quite happy that we were also
up before all the tourist traps opened...avoiding a lot of issues with a 7 years old kid!

There are actually 2 falls, the Horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side and the Falls on the American side, and yes,
the Horseshoe Falls are by far the best.

The weather was even great with us. The last week have seen a lot a rain in the region...really a lot...so even a
cloudy sky this morning was a good sign...but when the big sunshine appeared...that was even better.

We did indulge in the boat ride below the Falls, also called the "Maid of the Mist"...great fun, and I'm sure Leslie
will remember this for years...ended a little wet, but great fun!

So what's next...well, Iguacu in February, Niagara in June...yes, something is missing...Victoria Fall's...don't worry,
the pictures are coming in a few weeks time only.

And for today, it's early afternoon...flying to Denver through Chicago...good news, no more back of the plane seats
on most of this trip...and the next entry...well, it will be adventure, luxury and scenery. Just wait few days...

I don't dream my live, I live my dreams...wondering which ones Leslie will have by the time he is 18! For him, it
was one more country on the count today!
