Not as exciting trip to Dawson Creek today. Rained off and on. Got here about 1 was able to check in early. Mike went to wash and vacuum his truck while I worked on finalizing our route to Jasper avoiding fires. Got 'er done!! Will be able to avoid evacuation cities too. This is Rainys traveling position. Always looking over Mike's shoulder.?

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
