28th june - went to a rodeo at ponoka today, arrived a bit late so there was only an hour or so left. but aunt margaret found a way to sneak in for free, through the saloon we went. it went right through to where the riders came out. it was really good, we watched them roping the cattle, riding the bulls, catching the wild horses and the cowgirls racing around barrels.

there was also a arts and crafts fair. later that night we went for a walk and the kids all went on aunt margaret's treadmill.
