We spent the day walking around Banff today. The town reminds us of Estes, CO at Rocky Mountain National Park. Lots of cool shops with gems, t-shirts, souveniers, and outdoor type stuff. We also went to the Buffalo Nations Luxton Museum which shows the history of the First Nations peoples of the Canadian Rockies and Northern Plains. We saw tepees, sled dog exhibits, hunting exhibits, and all types of artifacts showing what life was like in the late 1800s and early 1900s. And of course we ended the day with a swim in the hotel pool.
