Spent 4 days in the Central Anatolian region of Cappadocia right in the middle of Turkey. The area is famous for the formation of fairy chimneys and is very beautiful. Cappadocia Green Tour
Easy - just ask at your hotel or any tour operator. But do shop around as prices vary and try to get on a tour with not more than 10 people if possible. Unfortunately, Yuksel is no longer around so I can't recommend him for help in setting up tours.
