Autumn is a time to gather the needs of food for winter and to store them in the attic: apples, pears, nuts, potatoes, onion, corn, cabbage, grass for the animals and cheese and eriste, a homemade pasta, for the people. Now they are ready for the winter. Sonbaharda kisinin yemekleri topliyorlar ve ambarda birakiyorlar: elmalar, armutlar, cevizler (barhalca 'cevuzlar', örnegi: "cevuz yedun?"), patates (barhalca 'kartül' almanca kartofen) misir, lahana, kuzburnu, hayvanlar için otlar ve insanlar íçin peynir ve ersite. Ondan sonra kis için hazirlar.
