Hello my fellow travellers! Today I once again started in a very leisure pace with a dip in the pool of the compound. I tried to contact Kerry's jet ski guy but got no reply and with the desert tour costing an arm and a leg I went for the free museum option that I had checked out yesterday. Doha
Thanks for taking us on this trip through Doha, you've made it sound like a very attractive stop-over destination. The Bin Jelmood House museum would be a confronting visit, but it's such in important topic to address. Safe travels to Japan :)

Doha
I'm happy that you liked it. :) I found it to be better than I expected, though I would argue that a 2 day stopover is better than my 3½ day version. You can easily cover this in two days but I think one day might be cutting it a bit tight. :) Uber will be your best friend here as well! The Bin Jelmood House is one that I think everyone should visit, such a strong and important topic. I'm happy that they've made such a good museum about and also made it free to visit so that no one cane give any excuses for not visiting it. It's centrally located, free and interesting. Thank you! My posts from Japan should start coming soon. :)

Doha Aloha
Doha appears visually a very austere place Per-Olof but as usual you have dug below the facade and found a fascinating place.

Thank you!
Thank you Per-Olof, for guiding me through your amazing visit to Qatar, a country I know very little about, but from your blogs feel very much inspired to visit. The hospitality of the people comes across strongly in your writings, as well as the warmth of their welcome. Thank you! I'm looking forward to reading about your adventures in Japan :)
