Lindsay and Flynn
The Tworties in the Caravansaray in North Cyprus back into turkey! did a tour a la flynn around the old city of nicosia and visited some markets..... then we went over the mountains to a 12 century monsastry which is nestled into the side of the mountains, called Bellapais, and overlooking the karenias harbour and out to the med - so beautiful!!!!! so very lazy lunch and afternoon, then went for tea at some of their friends who live along this hillside - reminded me very much of noordhook in the cape - same kind of vibe - but the feel is so greek/italian, with beaufitul boganvillas hanging from everywhere, big arches, tea gardens, cobbled streets etc....
having not seen mum (or any family) since jan, not that memory fades, but is maybe even heightened - and linsday has sooooo many of mums characteristics - eg have the same hands - so whenever shes talking, im totally fixated on them, watching their every move - and she uses them just the same as mum does - same little finger movements etc.. also facial expressions etc.... tonight we had such a lovely chat all 3 after watching "a walk in the clouds" - they were trying to help me
Linds and I
In the Caravansaray plan my life and establish a life plan!! Too funny!!!! then linds and i have sat up chatting for ages tonight - well past midnight - reminding me once again of the many midnight chats - often around Becky biscuits, milo and sitting under the operating theatre light over the round kitchen table.... man its so nice to be back in a family....
Praise the Lord - i officially have my job back at arrowe park and working in the accident and emergency unit again - so start there on 18th.
Have adjusted very quickly to this way of lifestyle - lovely lunches in very picturesque settings, tea parties around the pool and wonderful family! long may it live!
