Like the Big Rock on The Lake, only different. Only my sisters will relate to that reference.

Back in the day, we did that hike in the fog. When the clouds lifted, we were on the spire of the mountain with steep drop offs on both sides. It was a scary descent and one of our most memorable hikes.

Known as "Skiers" Sacred Mountain. It has the longest and the most difficult runs.

After a morning of hiking, it's Zureck soup and a shot of Zubrowka, Poland's best vodka.

They even rent rooms in a portion of the castle. Might need to check that out on another visit.

Thanks for the memories...
One of our favorite locations to visit was Bernese Oberland. We stayed at the small in in Stechelberg and hiked the surrounding mountains. One of our favorite walks was from Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg to Wengen. An we loved skiing from Kleine Scheidegg to Wengen or Grindelwald. And we loved the Greek Islands. However, we have not been to Poland, but that's high on our list as Linda's ancestors came from Krakow.

Waiting for a call??

I knew if you were in Greece you had to see some cats. You didn't let me down. Between the monastery/the phone booth and squid mkt, you did a great job!
Stay well and Keep Traveling! Cheers, Nancy
