36 km walk today, mostly across moors, filled with heather. Undulating countryside and soft pastures to walk on - a recovery day for our feet! Funny circular stone formations, that no one really know what they represent - Kym suggested a sacrificial 1st husband site. Saw stoats playing in the stone walls. Met up with Andrea ( Richard's wife )at Sunbigon tarn, for lunch - a feast of delicacies on route for all of us! Continued on past fat lambs and cows to Kirkby Stephen, meeting up with the Prices' for dinner.
