Toe is ok.... But dad not...

Toe seems ok but has hampered training. Feel fat and unfit now. ... But my dad is unwell following a stroke..... Will know later if it's safe to leave the country. I'm sure it will be as I'm only ever a flight away?

Staying with Emma and have pretty much planned and sorted everything. Emma has thought of everything.

Otherwise enjoying the Olympics.

Emma and I are climbing Machu in Peru....but just not together! Emma is doing it in 5* luxury and will meet me for the final ascent as she has had a series of mishaps in her training...... It will be the longest time we've spent together. That along with the flight and climb is going to be challenging. Not sure which part will be the most. Will we make it to the top?
