Here it goes...................
PARIS
Day 1
We took the Eurostar through the chunnel and out into Paris the train was really long and had 18 carrages! The trip only took 2 hours and 15 minuets. New Zealand should get something like that instaled. We arrived at a staion called Gara de east we found out that our Hotel wasnt far away again. Paris is alot more chaotic then London but probably because I cant understand any FRench and dad can only speek a bit. It was really strange because in London there was no rubbish bins but the place was tidy but in Paris they had rubbish bins but the whole place was dirty and smelly. Anyway, we got lost and walked the wrong way and carrying a 20kg bag in over 30 degree weather for about an hour wasnt much fun. WE finally found the Hotel and decided to rest for the big days ahead.
Day 2
We decided to take the tour bus instead of the metro because everything being in a differnet language was really hard. The tour started at 10:30 and our first stop was the Opera we stayed there for ages and stupidly didnt get off. when the bus did get going we found that our headsets werent going. WE then went to the Arc de Triumph but the driver didnt stop he just kept on going. We then got off at the Trocaders quite angry and happy to get off. We took som ephotos of the Eiffel Tower and then we took another bus down to were it stood. To walk up it only costed 4€ so we decided that we may aswell. we walked all the way up to the first floor and then kept on going up to the second there was lots of information about it. We then looked at the stuunning view and then walked around and took videos and photos. We then hopped off at the Notre Damme Wgere we went inside and were allowwed to take photos! another amazing Holy Church. WE then went back to the Arc de Triumph were we also walked up onlc costing 2€! it was really cool lokking down all the streets and chaos below and another amazing view of the Eifel Tower Sacre Coer and the new modern buildings of Paris.
Day 3
Disneyland. We tokk a train to Disneyland that took around 45 minuets and we arrived there at about 10:30. Everything was really busy and there was lots of people and it was a beautiful sunny day which was fortunate. As soon as we walked through the gate there was a little Mary Poppins Show which was quite fun. Walking down Main street was really cool and I couldnt believe that it was actually like a real town with a bank and stores and restuarants and so on. we decided that there was so many people we should try to get to the rides first. First land was Frontierland where we wnet to phantom Manor which was Like a Ghost ride. We then lined up for Big thunder Mountain for 50 minuets but it was worth it. It was a runaway mining train that went really fast. WE then walked through to Adveture land and went to Indian Jones and the Temple of Peril rollacoaster and it was more thrilling then BIg thunder........... we then went to the Pirates of the Carribean, all the figures were done really well and it really made it feal as if it was real. We then walked into its a small world in Fantasy land. It was very samll and sweet and cool seeing some of the places that I had already seen it made it made it seem as if the worls dwas all okay and happy. W then walked Discoverland where we went to Space Mountain. At the start we shot up like a rocket and then did lots of spins and turns at very high speed through planets and things but the freakest thig was that you couldnt see the tracks. It was dads and my favourite ride. We then went to Star tours which was a simulator ride and Buzz Lightyears Lazerblast. At 4:15 we went and saw the PArade which was realll nice and I filmed a bit and admiored it, it was really nice seeing all the little kids shouting ou the names of the rides and lokking adoringly at them. We walked down MAin street and we looked at all the shops and I bought a little picture frame. We took some puctures and sadly we realised that there was no light show but the parade was still really nice. I wish I went when I was a bit younger.
