Dad's birthday today, 97!, so I popped down with cake (no candles, too windy) and a bottle of fizz, and we sat outside, well apart, and celebrated quietly. He'd had lots of phone calls this morning, and probably missed more while we were outside. It was lovely. happy Birthday Dad. x

what a time to have a birthday! We have two coming up as well which are all within the lockdown period. looks like it did not stop the celebrations~~
