They've been and gone

Sophie, Tom, Martha and Jack have been staying for a few days, and we were very busy indeed. This morning Tom and the children left for their other Grandma, and Sophie and I had lunch with Grandad before she left on a train back to Glasgow …..and work.

our hens became very adventurous and kept escaping

who needs a hoover when a hen will peck up crumbs

Jack spotted a tuba (or something)

not being used, and had a blow, to the owners amusement. AND he got a sound out of it!

Thank You Carrie for the lovely blog so nice to have your daughter and family staying. The children are lovely I still enjoy the gr.grandchildren every week with Tineke.
