Tagic Disaster Area walk

Looked like being a good weather day so we headed up to the north coast. First stopped at the Point of Ayr to visit the RSPB reserve, the hide was well hidden & very little bird life out there. Carried on around the rather slow coast road to Colwyn Bay then down to Dalgarrog to do the "Tagic Disaster Area" walk including Llyn Eigiau & Coedty reservoirs (in Nov 1925 the Eigiau dam broke then so did the one at Coedty sending huge boulders towards the town. 16 people were killed, it would have been higher but most of the town were at the cinema - not sure what they were watching...). The valley of Llyn Eigiau was very very windy!!

We then headed up to Llandudno & Great Orme Head where we ate fish & chips on the head overlooking the sea 😊
