Today for the second day of the test it was sunny and around 20 degrees. We sat in the same row as yesterday but a few seats along the row. I tried to get Mitchell Johnson's autograph but he wouldn't come over to me. I was the only one trying to autographs. We found some other Port supporters in the crowd and dad was getting Uncle David to text through the scores at the end of the quarters. We were able to listen to the last few minutes over the internet to hear Port win. I was hoping that Australia would bowl England out quickly but they hung around and ended up at 430 and then we had a bat before lunch. We were going OK but the loss of Voges in the last couple of overs has Australia 5/264. Play today finished at 6.30. Rogers batted well and was unlucky not to get a 100. We had a light tea tonight and tomorrow is going to be warmer and sunnier than today.
