Sabbatical2019

We toured Edinborough Castle today. What an amazing array of buildings. Cute 12th century chapel. and wonderful War Memorial building built after WWI, where I went inside to say a prayer for my dad, who served in the Navy in the Korean War, and for my Godfather, 98, who served in the Scottish Army in Burma during WWII. Heard a great organ recital at one of the finest instruments in Europe at St. Giles Cathedral tonight. Organs and stone buildings are so meant for each other!!! more pictures tomorrow
