Well id heard alot about the Highlands before I came to Scotland. Everyone insisted it was very much worthwhile, and really beautiful to see. I believed them, but I was still taken away by how cool the Highlands beyond Glencoe were. The road weaved in and out of a valley, with towering mountains on either side. the valley was full of streams, and scattered with stones and marshlands. A cool wind whipped throughout, and there was a really old, somewhat unsettling feel about the area, it was fantastic. A similar style feel to that of Stonehenge. Amidst the rain and winds, took a slight hike around. Felt like I could have stayed there for hours!

Climbing Time
Me on top of a fairly large rockface i decided to climb. Would have stayed longer but time wasnt on our side. Took home some Highland stones to remind me of this place.

Scottish Highlands
A shot of the Scottish highlands just past Glencoe. A horrifically unjust massacre occured here about 500 years ago. Many women and children were slaughtered by Highlanders, after they had been taken into their care.
