Today's record is short, because we were on the road for over twelve hours!
It was a glorious morning when we set out. We had breakfast, then drove to the ferry: first in line. The ride itself was less than half-hour. From the other dock, we headed to Fort William where we ate and bought sweaters. We checked for Hartrys, but there were none.
Our net stop was just before Dunoon where we watched a shepherd dog contest for a while. Very impressive, though no animal could compare to Flip, of course. Then a stop in Dunoon for dinner. We took a ferry out of Dunoon and drove south, picking up rain just out of Ayr. Found our B&B/farm stay, read, had tea, bathed, then went to bed.
