Left the hotel & headed down to the ferry back to Scotland around around 9.30am. Now the big 9 hour drive home begins on our way back to Aberdeen. We drove through Loch Lomond shores, beautiful scenery, breathtaking, photos do not do it justice you have to experience it for yourself. Went to a small town called Balloch Town, quaint little street, guest houses & pubs. Now another 2 hours to go to Fort William, Becc & Will fast asleep in the back of the car, while Jase & I reminised about the good old days of Freeling Football Club......greeat funny & memorabe moments we had as a friends back then.........Fort William has the tallest mountain called BEN NEVIS, just amazing to see.Had lunch at Fort William & tried Haggis, neeps & tatties for lunch washed down with a pint of Guinness, very tasty. Then back in the car for another 3 hour drive to Aberdeen, arrived home around 7pm. Unpacked my suitcase & got in my gym gear & went for a run up the hill in their street, felt refreshed after this. Jase showed me a couple of websites that blew my mind........Google Earth, he was able to download our hotel in New York where we are staying in a couple of weeks & show street level...well this was amazing......went ot bed thinking what an absolute fantastic time we all had in Ireland, would do it again all over in a heart beat. Thanks Guys xx
