Today Becc took me to my very first castle about 20 minutes outside of Aberdeen. The drive was spectacular, windy roads, forests, and a small fishing village. Arrived to this huge castle of ruins on the edge of a cliff top called Dunnottar Castle. Well breathtakingly beautiful in everyway. probably in describable, walked down a long path and a young boy had his bag pipes out playing them with gusto. Had to give him a pound for efforts. Walked around the entire castle, magnificent.
Becc being Becc the photographer could not go anywhere without taking her camera. So I was her so called model for the day and she snapped everywhich angle to get some wonderful photos. Next time I will have to consider getting abit more dressed up when going sight seeing!!!! This was fantastic and so surreal to be able to a see a magnificent piece of history, still standing the test of time.
Drove back to Aberdeen to see Jase's office as the EDN General Manger here in the UK, then off to Will's Nursery which was so cute. The weather here today was 20 degrees and sunshine, great way to start my holiday. From what Becc has told me today about what is planned over the next four weeks, my mind is going to spin. I say bring it on, let our amazing holiday begin. What will Day 4 in Scotland bring, whatever it is I am so up for it.

Hi Michelle, sounds like your trip has kicked off on a great note. I have never been O/S anywhere like that and probably am unlikely to. Keep up the good work, let your hair blow free in the wind. Soak up the culture. As great as Australia is we are such a young country when you look at the history exuding from places like Scotland and Europe. Our culture is till evolving; for better or worse. All the best for now. Kym
