UK 2013 - Leeds Roundhay Park

What a discovery! Went to church at Leeds West and were asked if we had been to Roundhay Park? No was the answer, but we went on the recommendation of Keith and wow we discovered it is the largest park in Europe. No comments on the photos individually.
There was a large "pond" with a "lakeside" cafe, a small pond, a quaint cricket pavilion, a Mansion, roundhouse, bandstands, rower, swans, a weir, fountain, and a few flowers.

I am old and my wife is younger. We love visiting family and friends and visiting places of interest as well as having the odd steam train trip, or coach tour, perhaps a boat ride. We see this as being a great way to keep in touch with our global family and global friends from Facebook.
