I've had another brilliant weekend camping. This time we've been in Cromer for 2 nights at a campsite about 20 minutes from the beach. After playing for a while and a stroll around town we headed back to the campsite for lunch and a quick game of football. After that we drove to a local maze and play area. Six of us went to Cromer for a long weekend, four bikes and a mini. We hired a house for ten so plenty of room, food, blankets. Rode out along the coast beautiful views along to Brancaster, sat on the beach for lunch. Great BBQ on Saturday night, although a little chilly (blankets made an appearance). Went on the back of a few of the bikes, lovely meal in the Dun Cow in Salthouse to end a great weekend away.... read more

A weekend away in the Norfolk Broads wasn't any warmer than London but we stayed in a warm self-catering cottage in Cromer called The Grove. Cromer is a coastal town in Norfolk close to the Norfolk Broads. The Norfolk Broads are an area of rivers and lakes in Norfolk and Suffolk - a popular area for canal boating and other water activities. We spent some of Saturday driving around some of the nearby villages on the broads. A maze of waterways. It started to snow and it was very pretty. It was nice to get back to our warm cottage, cook dinner and enjoy a bottle of champagne that we'd been ... read more
