How to make ice cream in five minutes

That lovely sunny weather. It iis the ns perfect for a cocktail, barbecue or ... a delicious ice cream!



Only make himself a little too much work. Good news! You can also make ice cream in five minutes. Indeed, in just five minutes. All you need are a cutter, frozen fruit and yogurt.



Ingredients: 500g frozen fruit (eg mango, peach, strawberry.) 3 tbsp honey or agave syrup 200ml full-fat yogurt, juice of half a lemon.



preparation:




• Put all ingredients in the cutter.
• Cutter fine until you get a creamy mass. (about 5 minutes)
• Serve immediately or store it until a few days in the freezer.
