We had another amazing day in London today. We stared the morning with a trip to Moss Bros and Jon is now the proud new owner of a morning coat. It turned out that it was a better deal to buy the suit than to rent it. So, if he shows up to a party with a crazy British suit on don't be surprised. Then we came back to the hotel and got dressed up for afternoon tea at the Ritz. Tea at the Ritz is another thing that you need to experience at least once in your lifetime. If you go make sure to book well in advance. There was not an empty table in the most elegant tearoom. Jon and I had the perfect table in the center of the room which was a little loveseat. You must come hungry because there are endless teas sandwiches, scones with fresh whipped butter, strawberry jelly and tons of desserts. The whole room is elegant. There are ornate gold statues and it is just a beautiful room. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to take pictures in the tearoom but I snapped one as we were leaving. We got a few looks

and then high tailed it out. Heidi, thanks for the Oyster card. We used it today and got Jon one as well. We just got back from dinner with our dear friend Diana at Bentley’s Oyster Bar. We had a lot of laughs and a great time. Off, to Royal Ascot again tomorrow for ladies day, the most extravagant hat day of them all.
