Never been anywhere in Asia, so this is an important journey for me. Hopefully keep you all informed on how it's going. I leave for Thailand on the 1st Oct and return on the 25th. I head out on my own but will meet up with Jim and Phil when they arrive on the 15th.
Plans: learn to dive, see some beautiful scenery, travel around by train and not get any nasty diseases ( have not had any vaccinations)! Going to spend this week learning all I can about the country.
