We arrived early after a rather uneventful overnight flight. We got checked into the Jury's Inn which seems like a very nice hotel. We went and had a Pub lunch and a pint (or two). We then figured out the London Subway system and took a ride to check out Westminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, The British Parliment Buildings, the London Eye, as well as Hyde Park and Downing street. To our freinds in Ontario, don't worry about the G20 protesters - We found them! They are doing the same routine in Parliment Square (across the road from the Parliment buildings) as they did in Toronto and the London Police look just as pleased as the police in Toronto were! We have posted a few pictures from our day.
