School of Pharmacy reunion - Be there AND be Square!

60+ alumni from the School of Pharmacy graduating class of 1981 gathered in London for a 30-year reunion. We started at 5pm with drinks and tours of the building, were later welcomed by Prof Anthony Smith (Dean), then enjoyed a buffet meal while we re-kindled old friendships and shared memories from our time at 'The Square' ( including some memories and photos that are probably best forgotten!).

We may all have ‘matured’ a little bit on the outside, and some are now taking medicines that we’ve researched and dispensed over the years, but we haven’t changed that much on the inside.

At 10.30pm some 20 of us moved on to 'The Lamb' on Lambs Conduit St for a pint before closing time. After that, a core group retired to a suite at a nearby Club where about a dozen of us were staying. After a few more bevvies, we finally got to bed about 2.30am. A good time was had by all!
